Entering the Smart Dispatch Center of Kangjiawan Mine in Shuikoushan, a high-definition large screen comes into view, with various production data and equipment information constantly jumping. This' smart brain 'integrates automation systems, security situational awareness, centralized control platforms, information systems, and monitoring systems. Staff can understand the operating status and parameters of various devices at any time and remotely control and adjust them. The supervisor of the equipment engineering room at Shuikoushan Kangjiawan Mine told reporters, "Currently, our mine has achieved underground 5G signal coverage and remote control based on 5G private network, realizing the 'one control multiple' control mode of equipment, greatly improving production efficiency, ensuring production safety, reducing costs, and improving the working environment for operators

 

 

With the support of the 'smart brain', not only has it brought significant improvements in production efficiency, but it has also restructured the way miners work. In the remote control room, three staff members are using remote control to transport the ore extracted by the internal combustion loader to the chute. The large pieces of ore are then crushed to a size of 35cm × 35cm using a hydraulic crusher. The ore is then crushed by the E-type crusher through a one click centralized transportation system, transported by conveyor belt to the main well measuring hopper, and lifted to the ground through the skip. The entire operation process has been shortened from half a day to one hour, while gradually freeing the workers from the harsh, dirty, tiring, and dangerous underground environment. The remote control system of Shuikoushan Kangjiawan Mine enables one cockpit to remotely control three underground equipment, greatly improving the working environment, avoiding exposure to harsh underground conditions, enhancing overall safety and comfort of operations, and greatly improving work efficiency

 

Centered around the needs of Kangjiawan Mine, utilizing new generation wireless communication technology (intelligent metropolitan area network+5G network), establish intelligent mining, comprehensive excavation, ventilation, drainage, transportation, safety monitoring and other systems. Utilize technological means to connect isolated systems, achieve multi system integration, data comprehensive analysis and prediction, realize deep perception and comprehensive monitoring of the mine, and lay the foundation for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, safety production guarantee, and the construction of a national first-class intelligent benchmark mining enterprise. The staff introduced, "Through the construction of 5G smart mines, the management efficiency of Kangjiawan mine has been improved by 30%. The number of underground operators has been reduced from more than 600 to more than 300, the efficiency of mining teams has increased from 60 tons per unit to 115 tons per unit, an increase of 91%, the efficiency of excavation teams has increased by 36%, the labor productivity of underground workers has increased by 45%, and the annual efficiency has exceeded 20 million yuan
