Recently, the Sanchang Intelligent Technology Team successfully completed the core construction node at the Xinhualian Zambia mine project site. Its customized intelligent control cabinet system was successfully implemented and debugged, injecting new intelligent energy into local mining production and becoming a high-quality practical case of China Zambia capacity cooperation and technical exchange.
In this cooperation, Sanchang Intelligent deeply meets the core needs of Zambia's mining development, relying on more than ten years of experience in intelligent equipment research and development to tailor a complete set of intelligent control solutions for the project. After the construction team arrived at the site, they quickly conducted a detailed on-site survey, combined with the high load characteristics of local mining production, to optimize the overload protection parameters and heat dissipation system of the intelligent control cabinet in a targeted manner, perfectly adapting to local climate conditions, and ensuring that the equipment maintains stable operation under various working conditions.
To ensure the efficient progress of the project, Sanchang Intelligent has formulated a special guarantee plan for the entire process in advance: before leaving the factory in China, multiple rounds of full condition simulation tests will be completed on multiple PLC control cabinets and frequency conversion cabinets to ensure that the equipment performance meets the standards. During the on-site construction phase, the technical team utilized modular assembly technology to significantly shorten the installation cycle, ultimately completing the installation and debugging of the main system ahead of schedule. At present, the intelligent control cabinet that has been put into use has successfully achieved core functions such as water pump, motor soft start, and real-time current monitoring, accurately controlling equipment and providing solid guarantees for production continuity.
During the project promotion period, Sanchang Intelligent simultaneously practiced the concept of localized cooperation, actively carried out technology sharing and capacity building. The construction team customizes specialized operation training for local technical personnel, covering practical skills such as daily equipment maintenance and precise parameter debugging, to help improve the local industrial technology level; At the same time, combined with the actual needs of the project, emergency power supply connection modules are provided to further strengthen production support capabilities, which has been highly recognized by the project party.
